2- Confront your fear:

You are the only one that can face your fear that is generated in your heart from time to time. You are the member that lifts just by saying a few words to yourself.

3- Focus on your breath

This is a psychological trick to calm your body by taking long, rather short. Short breath is caused by negative reactions which rapidly become an anxiety attack. The fastest speed is to control anxiety by taking long breaths.
