Sometimes, your losing points become heavier than your IQ. After focusing on your losing points, you create “Fear Elements” in your mind and that prevail over the mind like ghosts haunt old places. It’s a type of drug that can take you up or down. The more you nurture it, the more dangerous it becomes.

So How Can You Overcome this?

Positive thinking, often known as an optimistic mindset, focuses on the positive aspects of a situation. It simply implies that you approach life’s bad and good with the hope of things going well.

According to theory and research, people can improve their happiness by engaging in basic intentional positive acts like expressing appreciation or practicing compassion. Happy emotions, positive ideas, positive behaviors, and need satisfaction are all posited as mediating variables in the model.

Sometimes! You have big dreams and want to execute them, but, naturally, you have to face criticism for your dreams around your atmosphere either from relatives, friends, or colleagues.

The most severe criticism, unfortunately, frequently comes from within.

Criticism is a process that purifies you for the execution of your big dreams. “What do other people think?” is the biggest fear that leads to failure.

The most important element is to know about your fear. There are many shapes of fears that are existing in you. Like, you are sitting on your couch lonely and suddenly the doorbell rings? Will you face fear?

2- Confront your fear:

You are the only one that can face your fear that is generated in your heart from time to time. You are the member that lifts just by saying a few words to yourself.

3- Focus on your breath

This is a psychological trick to calm your body by taking long, rather short. Short breath is caused by negative reactions which rapidly become an anxiety attack. The fastest speed is to control anxiety by taking long breaths.

Fortunately, deep breathing is not complicated. Once you realize that you are scared, stop and focus on your breathing. Take a deep breath and then slowly exhale. Make sure your exhale is longer than your inhale. It’s not just about some mental abilities; deep breathing forces your body to calm down.
